Ki-lin Stables
Ki-lin Stables was established in 2001 as a riding school by owner Pamela Prince. The goal was to teach equestrians of all ages about horses. The farm is located in the fast - growing Yulee, Florida. Some years later the school became part of a mother-daughter team as Pam's daughter, Kirstin Prince, began following her dream and passion for horses.
Pam Although Pamela had been riding all of her life she didn’t get serious about it until she was 17. She began working for Jean Brinkman as a working student at Valhalla Farm when it was located in Jacksonville, Florida not too far from where she lived. Under Jean’s tutelage she was able to retrain her ex-barrel racer into a competitive event horse. In the 30 years since, she has retrained and started numerous horses for other people and her own. She was an active member of NFDA (Northeast Florida Dressage Association) for over 20 years. She did newsletter editing, managed the horse shows for 5 years, and was vice president for several years all while raising a family and starting her own equestrian stable. She is now dedicated to the art of dressage and is a persevering student attending USDF symposiums and clinics to further her education. Her students receive championship and high point regularly at shows and continue to move up the levels.
​Kirstin has been riding since she was a small child and became dedicated to the sport of dressage when she was 14 years old. She began teaching when she was 15 and enjoys being able to share her knowledge. Her primary passion is riding dressage as she hopes one day to successfully ride Grand Prix. However, she takes joy in making a round on a cross-country course or in a jumper ring. Kirstin has qualified and attended 5 Regional Championships from 2008 - 2013. She has earned her Training level and First level rider performance awards. She consistently scores in the 60's at Second level. Kirstin is a USDF Bronze medalist competing at Third Level and schooling Fourth Level at home.
