FACILITY

Ki-lin Stables has a 16 stall concrete block barn built in the 1970's and restored by the Prince's in 2000. It is equipped with automatic waters, a concrete aisle, hot/cold water wash rack, feed room, storage and 2 tack rooms. Stalls are cleaned daily and filled with shavings once a month or as needed.

BARN

There are 2 dressage rings at Ki-lin Stables. One small 20m x 40m arena with a mirror and one large 20m x 60m complete with letter boxes. Each arena's original sand footing has been mixed with carpet fiber for a surface that will hold with rain and dry weather.

Ki-lin has an area for jumping in which 6 stadium jumps are set, and a few cross-country-like fences.

RIDING ARENA

For cross-training purposes, Ki-lin has a trail around the perimeter of the property for conditioning or just a good easy walk day. Kirstin hopes to place a few cross-country fences along the trail for training.
